Webi like to use toner pads for exfoliating products. sometimes i will use embossed ones it i want a bit of physical exfoliation, but i never use cotton as i feel it soaks up too much liquid. i also use toner pads for hydrating toner to do a quick mask pack, but otherwise i always apply hydrating toners with hands.
