WebYoull get to participate in deployments, natural disaster relief, and depending on if you want combat arm jobs, national guard have infantry, field artillery units, etc that the reserve do not have. If you want to just get that basic training experience and job training then just have the molitary leave you alone, army reserve is the safer bet.
